Verizon 4G comes to Coalinga
VERIZON WIRELESS 4G LTE NETWORK EXPANDS IN FRESNO COUNTY STARTING 11/15

WHAT: Verizon Wireless’ 4G LTE network is expanding in Fresno County on Nov. 15. Verizon Wireless customers in Coalinga, Mendota, and Reedley will be able to experience the speed and capabilities offered by the innovative solutions available on its 4G LTE network when the company expands the service on Thursday.
WHERE: Coverage area includes parts of Fresno County along I-5, the town of Reedley, and the Coalinga area.
WHEN: Thursday, Nov. 15, 2012
BACKGROUND: The Verizon Wireless 4G LTE network offers more 4G LTE coverage than all other competitors’ networks combined. The network is currently available to more than 250 million people throughout the United States. On Nov. 15, the network will expand to offer 4G LTE service in more than 440 markets throughout the country.
RootMetrics recently awarded Verizon Wireless the RootScore Award for the fastest speeds and strongest network reliability in Fresno. Additionally, it was awarded for call quality and text message delivery.
